Venice Beach
While we were in California, we decided to venture over to Venice Beach for a little cultural awakening. And boy, was it ever.
There were quite a few street bands playing all sorts of music, and some pretty flamboyant dancers to accompany the noise. I found them very interesting and very entertaining to watch. It was awesome to see a different side of culture, completely turned around from life in Montana.
They also had street performers, artists, people dressed up as.. well pretty much anything you could imagine, and some amazing instrumentalists.
I was so pleased I was able to capture some of what we experienced to bring back. It was truly a different, but very enjoyable experience outside of the rural Montana norm. :)
